The cottage
Description
The cottage was built around the year 1850 and a lot of changes have been made since that time. In complete reconstruction in 2003 we restored it to the image of a traditionat mountain cottage. You will enjoy the nice interiors furnished with antique style furniture.
Locality
The cottage is situated just beside the main downhill course Malinovka, which is ideal for all ski-lovers. From the windows of the big apartment you have a view of the children`s downhill course with ski school.
Apartment
Apartment is designed for 7 - 10 people with a separate entrance and a beautiful view of the downhill course as mentioned before. The lockable ski-room is in the basement.
On the ground floor there is:
- 4-bed bedroom en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, lavabo)
- living room with a dining table
- fully equipped kitchen (fridge, cooker, microwave, dishes)
- another bathroom (shower, toilet, lavabo)
Upstairs there is:
- 3-bed bedroom with steps leading to the attic
Attic there is:
- another 3-bed bedroom designed for children or young people
Arrivals
GPS coordinates you will find in Contacts. In the winter time it is more advisable to use the road via Jablonec nad Nisou than via Liberec. The reason is that the road from Jablonec nad Nisou is maintained better because of the bus connection. Despite that please make sure you use the winter tires and have the snow chains with you.
Internet Access 
In the cottage there is a wireless internet connection (speed cca 4 MB/s). This service is for free, without any limitation.
Parking
You can use the car park just beside the cottage. In case of heavy snowfall we cannot guarantee the morning road clearing, it usually takes a few hours.
Check in and check out
The check in is usually on the first day of your stay (on Saturday if you stay for a week) from 2 pm till 4 pm or at any other convenient time. The check out is usually before 10:00 am but another time is possible as well.
